Today, Savoy is a proudly independent boutique agency that provides a full suite of health and specialty benefits, individual health and life insurance, Medicare, a multichannel Contact Center, compliance and human resources services, technology, research, education, marketing and other innovative solutions through its offices in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Florida.

Donald Savoy, Sr. opens Savoy Associates and begins operations as an individual and corporate life insurance, employee benefit plans, and actuarial consulting service agency, located in Florham Park, NJ.

Donald Savoy, Sr. retires after a successful 45-year career in insurance; Don Savoy, Jr. becomes President.

We hire our third employee and begin to develop and build the beginnings of the premier wholesale agency distribution model that we operate under today.

As Small Employer Health Reform in New Jersey becomes effective, we continue to establish our general agency with contracts from premier carriers who embrace our distribution model. Our focus shifts to support our carrier and broker partnerships, exclusively as a wholesale general agency.

From 1994 to 2003, we experience tremendous growth and gain market share in Northern and Central New Jersey and New York. We open a satellite office in Hamilton, NJ to better serve the brokerage community in Central and Southern New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
